Question 1

Posture Corrector: How does WellaBack help improve posture?

Accepted Answer

WellaBack gently guides the shoulders and upper back into better alignment. It acts as a reminder when you slouch, helping your body relearn healthier posture habits over time.

Question 2

Posture Corrector: How long should I wear it each day?

Accepted Answer

Most people benefit from wearing it for 20–40 minutes at a time, once or twice daily, during activities like sitting, reading, or desk work.

Question 3

Posture Corrector: Can I wear it under clothing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The slim, lightweight design allows it to be worn discreetly under sweaters, shirts, or jackets.

Question 4

Lower-Back Brace: Will wearing the brace weaken my muscles?

Accepted Answer

No. WellaBack is flexible—not rigid—so your core muscles still engage while the brace prevents risky overextension. We suggest wearing it in intervals (e.g., 2–4 hrs at a time) and pairing it with light strengthening exercises for best results.

Question 5

Lower-Back Brace: Is the WellaBack brace safe?

Accepted Answer

It's made from hypoallergenic, latex-free mesh and fastened with skin-safe hook-and-loop closures. No metal stays, no hard plastic, just breathable support.

Question 6

Lower-Back Brace: How tight should I wear it?

Accepted Answer

Snug, not strangling. Secure the front straps so the brace stays in place, then pull the side cinch bands until you feel firm compression without numbness or pinching. You should still be able to slip two fingers under the edge.
